Our Services

From the very first design iteration to the final installation, Jenn McCoy Interiors can assist in your journey to making a home. Our service offerings vary widely, allowing us to come alongside our clients as little as much as they need and to provide our expertise in every step of the process. We take a casual - yet professional - approach to our business, prioritizing partnership and teamwork at every turn.

Phase One

No matter the scope of the project, our process always begins with an initial phone call or on-site meeting to discover the scope of work, explain our design process, and address questions from a potential client. Depending on the project, we may need to meet with other members of the team such as architects and contractors.

Phase Two

The design process begins with questionnaires, inspiration images and exploration tools such as Pinterest. We will continue to review the plans and budget until all materials, fixtures, and plans are agreed upon. Our administrative services will keep a detailed list of everything that is ordered and its estimated time of arrival, and coordinate with any necessary contractors.

Phase Three

Once construction begins, we will conduct bi-weekly or monthly meetings with the architect and contractor. We’ll oversee the quality of work, resolve any issues that arise and manage client expectations. Once work is complete, we will coordinate with the client to install furnishings, art, and accessories, and then a final walk-through with each member of the team before revealing the new space to our clients.
